Associate Project Manager

Radware is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Professional services team and to manage projects delivery across the EMEA region.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing project delivery within Radware EMEA region, from the initiation through to completion. The PM will coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

The PM will work closely with the EMEA Project Manager to take ownership of specific projects. The role requires the ability to independently manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects while ensuring alignment with established processes, timelines, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with managing multiple, concurrent, complex technological projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned EMEA projects from initiation to completion
• Acquire scope documents and ensure smooth project handover from sales/pre-sales to Professional Services.
• Assign projects to engineers and confirm resource availability.
• Schedule and lead internal handover and customer kick-off calls.
• Plan and manage strategic projects in coordination with the customers and relevant teams
• Drive cooperation and coordination with Customers, Professional Services and Presale Engineers, Architects, Product Managers and R&D to secure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track risks, and ensure proactive mitigation.
• Provide weekly status updates to the EMEA Project Manager and maintain accurate records in project systems.
• Ensure time reporting, project documentation, and PS package utilization are properly tracked.
• Act as first point of contact for customers on assigned projects, escalating as needed.
• Contribute to overall visibility of regional project status and help ensure smooth workload distribution within the team.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of project management and related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  
  

• Ability to work aligned with EU time zones.
• Strong English communication skills to effectively manage EU-based customers.
• Experience working with European customers is an advantage
