An Area Sales Manager for Tractor 21N25 is a vital role responsible for driving sales performance and growth within a designated geographical area.   • Collaborate with the product development team to tailor offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient performance and revenue optimization.
  • Develop customer service programs to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical practices during all interactions.
  • Liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery and inventory management within the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural machinery, specifically tractors and related equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize sales.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales area as required.
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
