As a visionary Architect, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into tangible structures. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs and plans in accordance with client briefs.
• Consult with clients to determine their specific architectural requirements and preferences.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project viability.
• Collaborate with engineers and constructors to manage project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed design models and layouts.
• Lead the design team in the development of innovative construction solutions.
• Review and approve project documentation to align with design specifications.
• Monitor construction processes to ensure alignment with initial design and plan.
• Adapt and modify designs as necessary to meet client changes or regulation shifts.
• Elaborate on architectural design presentations to convey project plans effectively.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff to foster professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and zoning regulations.
• Excellent creativity, vision, and a keen eye for design detail and aesthetic appeal.
• Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team.
• Licensed architect or working towards obtaining the required architectural licensure.
