We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architect to join our innovative design team. The ideal candidate will possess a forward-thinking approach and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings and urban spaces. They will work closely with a talented team of engineers, designers, and construction professionals to ensure that all structures are both safe and efficient while meeting the client’s vision and legal requirements. With a strong emphasis on sustainable design and environmental impact, the Architect will help guide projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project are aligned with the client's needs and industry standards. This position requires exceptional creativity, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial concepts and designs for building structures and urban spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to acquire comprehensive design requirements and project goals.
• Create detailed architectural plans using advanced CAD software applications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams to ensure project feasibility.
• Ensure that all designs comply with established codes, laws, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor compliance and progress.
• Adjust designs as necessary based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.
• Integrate sustainable design principles into all architectural projects undertaken.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and budgets to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in architecture and construction.
• Mentor junior architects and assist in their professional development.
• Facilitate communication between various project teams and departments effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations domestically and internationally.
• Strong creative and imagination skills paired with excellent technical abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both in verbal and written form.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience with sustainability and green building practices is highly desirable.
• Licensure as a Professional Architect is preferred but not mandatory.
