Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans in alignment with client specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders on project developments.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met.
• Maintain compliance with building codes, regulations, and ordinances.
• Collaborate with project teams to generate cost-effective and sustainable design solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval purposes.
• Lead architecture project teams to ensure completion within budget and timeline.
• Provide consulting services in the adaptation of new technologies in design processes.
• Review designs and documentation for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and advancements in the architecture domain.
• Advocate for sustainable architecture practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate the performance of completed structures to inform future designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or closely related field required.
• Proven experience as an Architect or in a relevant architectural role.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws is essential.
• Exceptional project management skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly both verbally and visually.
• Creative and innovative thinking with an acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for critical thinking and decision-making.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building technologies.
• Licensed architect status preferred, or ability to become licensed within a year.
