Role Summary

Build, fine-tune, evaluate and deploy multimodal generative AI models for creative media.

Key Responsibilities

•  Develop text-to-image, image-to-video, text-to-video, speech synthesis and audio generation capabilities.
•  Train and adapt models using LoRA, PEFT, diffusion and transformer architectures.
•  Build dataset preparation, evaluation and reproducible experimentation pipelines.
•  Optimize inference latency, VRAM, throughput, GPU utilization and serving cost.
•  Own model deployment, observability, troubleshooting and production quality.
•  Collaborate with product and creative teams to deliver usable model capabilities.
  
  
  

Must-have Qualifications

•  Hands-on development, fine-tuning or production deployment of audio, image or video generation models.
•  Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face and understanding of generative model architectures.
•  Experience in GPU-based training or inference, debugging and model evaluation.
•  Ability to explain individual contributions to shipped or demonstrable models.

•  Diffusers, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, SDXL, Wan, HunyuanVideo, CogVideoX, LTX-Video.
