Job Description

As an Administration & HR Executive, you will play a vital role within our organization by managing and overseeing both administrative functions and human resources operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations while also leading HR initiatives that promote a positive workplace environment and enhance employee engagement. This dual-function role requires a dynamic individual who is adept at multitasking and possesses strong leadership skills. You will work closely with department heads and team members to implement policies and handle operational tasks, ensuring that our company remains compliant with legal standards while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
  • Coordinate recruitment and hiring activities, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Handle employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolution support.
  • Organize and coordinate training programs that address staff development and skill enhancement.
  • Conduct performance reviews in collaboration with departmental leaders to ensure employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations through diligent policy enforcement.
  • Plan and oversee company events and team-building initiatives to boost workplace morale.
  • Maintain workplace safety protocols and emergency procedures alongside the operations team.
  • Manage budgetary allocations for administration and HR-related expenditures efficiently.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc administrative and HR projects and reporting duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in administration and HR management roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR policies and managing HR operations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations governing employment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software tools or systems.
