Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates and training budgets.

  • Develop and execute HR initiatives to support business goals and needs.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication within departments to foster a productive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management processes and succession planning strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative and HR role is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for office interaction.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications is required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
