An Administration & HR Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of an organization's administrative functions. This position requires a versatile individual who possesses both administrative acumen and human resources expertise to manage a wide range of tasks relating to employee relations, office management, and organizational policies. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between employees and management and will be responsible for facilitating a harmonious workplace environment. Additionally, the Administration & HR Executive will manage HR functions, ranging from recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and other HR processes, while also ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations and administrative activities of the office.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives and culture.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain effective employee records and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities such as team-building events and recognition programs.
  • Ensure the enforcement of company policies and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance management procedures, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Organize and chair regular meetings with staff and facilitate communication between teams.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure availability when needed.
  • Provide support in handling employee grievances and resolving workplace conflicts amicably.
  • Prepare HR reports and present findings to senior management for informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for office maintenance and outsourced HR services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or Administrator for at least two years.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor legislation, and best practices is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee interactions.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information properly.
