Job Description

An Accounts & Finance Executive is a vital member of any organization, responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to reflect the company's financial status.
  • Analyze financial data and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Oversee the preparation and timely filing of tax returns and tax payments.
  • Develop and manage budgets to align with organizational financial goals.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal control systems in the finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and legislation.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for annual financial reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Provide financial insights to support and guide business decision-making processes.
  • Conduct financial reviews and analysis for cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial projects simultaneously.
