Job Description

An Accounts & Finance Executive plays a pivotal role in managing the financial operations within an organization. This position entails the oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, accounting processes, and compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, tax submissions, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies as part of financial governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in finance roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to provide strategic financial insights to influence business decisions.
