Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment in financial processes and policies.
  • Process payroll activities ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.
  • Monitor office expenditures and suggest cost-effective solutions when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for review by the management.
  • Maintain confidentiality concerning financial and employee-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative and accounting capacity preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective correspondence.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work outputs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
