Job Description

The Accounts and Admin Assistant is a crucial role dedicated to supporting the financial and administrative functions within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly financial reports preparation.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and updating accounting ledgers regularly.
  • Support the preparation and filing of statutory and financial compliance documents.
  • Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and assist with payroll processing activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage related logistics efficiently.
  • Effectively handle correspondence, including emails and letters, with professionalism.
  • Facilitate communication within the organization, ensuring information flow is seamless.
  • Manage and procure office supplies, and oversee office equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating necessary training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as required.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and clients.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive and personal information.
