An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Executive with a focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory for SaaS solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable and beneficial partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development for strategic alignments.
  • Provide clients with ongoing support to ensure successful software implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review and strategy development.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the SaaS sector.
  • Attend industry trade shows, events, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar technical sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales technology tools.
