Job Description

An Academic Administration Officer plays a crucial role in the efficient management and operation of educational institutions. This professional is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks focused on supporting the academic department and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the organization of student orientations and registration activities.
  • Monitor academic budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in academic administration or a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and databases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data management.
