What Youll Be Doing

1. Content Creation

• Write high-impact, high-follow-through copy across formats: reels, scripts, captions, campaigns, ads, website copy, emails, brand films, pitch decks.
• Conceptualise ideas, hooks, and narratives that feel modern, intelligent, witty or emotional, depending on the brief.
• Build repeatable IP-led content formats for brands.

2. Brand Thinking

• Deeply understand each brand’s tone, personality, audience, and category.
• Develop narrative frameworks, messaging structures, and storytelling styles for clients.
• Collaborate with strategy + design to shape campaigns end-to-end.

3. Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative team to bring ideas alive through visuals, scripts, storyboards, and creatives.
• Participate in brainstorms with sharp thinking, strong references, and proactive idea contributions.

4. Trend, Culture & Platform Mastery

• Keep a pulse on internet culture and know what’s working on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X.
• Understand performance metrics and how creative decisions drive outcomes.
• Suggest content ideas that balance entertainment, brand building, and measurable success.

5. Ownership & Craft

• Take full ownership of quality and deadlines.
• Write clean, tight, effective copy with zero fluff.
• Maintain consistency even in a fast-moving production environment.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

• A thinker and a doer: equally strong at ideation and execution.
• Fluent in pop culture, internet culture, and modern consumer psychology.
• Able to write in multiple tones: fun, witty, emotional, premium, minimal, narrative, strategic.
• Obsessive about craft: structure, hooks, rhythm, phrasing, clarity.
• Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative.
• Hungry to grow fast and work on high-quality brands and campaigns.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong command over English (Hinglish fluency is a plus).
• Ability to write tight, distinctive, on-brand copy.
• Strong idea-first thinking.
• Understanding of reels + short-form storytelling.
• Ability to work with designers, strategists, editors, and founders directly.
• Understanding of social platforms and content formats.
• Good research + referencing ability.

Bonus Points

• Experience scripting ads or content videos.
• Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, beauty, D2C, or creative agencies.
• Ability to think visually.
• A portfolio with at least 10–15 strong, varied pieces.
