Role and Requirement

Have at least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry

Experience of working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday

Exposure to domains - HCM, Payroll or Finance (not mandatory)

Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above mentioned application based on client specifications

Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients

Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful

Strong communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Master’s degree in related areas is an advantage.
