‣ Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and retailers.

‣ Ensure product availability, timely order execution, and payment collections.

‣ Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product performance, and farmer feedback.

‣ Coordinate with agronomy, marketing, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.

✅ Key Requirements

‣ 4 to 10 years of experience in the agri-inputs or seeds industry.

‣ Strong local market knowledge and channel management skills.
