Labcorp is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team at Mumbai, India Office.

Work Schedule

Candidates are required to follow the work schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

This position needs to be filled by a seasoned professional who can effectively bridge the gap between technical and business aspects of project management. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and BRM teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Develop comprehensive project proposals, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Assist in recruiting and onboarding Delivery Managers, aligning them with new project requirements.

Guide project timelines and sprint planning, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Facilitate architecture design approvals by coordinating with enterprise architects, security teams, and other relevant parties.

Deliver regular project status updates to business and technology leadership.

Conduct fit-gap analysis for potential COTS solutions, leveraging Business Analyst expertise.

Monitor project budgets and escalate issues when necessary.

Ensure project scope and timelines are met, coordinating with stakeholders for successful releases.

Utilize strong technical and business acumen to effectively communicate the value and requirements of applications within the scope of work.

Drive continuous process improvement through collaborative learning and project experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3 or more years relevant experience in IT project management.
• 3 or more experience into project management along with a solid understanding of Regulatory Background who understands (Regulatory and Guidelines).
  
  

Additional Job Standards

Candidate from Healthcare and Life Science and Pharmaceuticals Industry, Banking Industry will be preferred.

PMP Certified required.
