Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting Windows Desktop Systems and Printers.
Involved in installation, configuring and administration of users, groups, creation/deletion.
Monitoring mail(O365), file systems, network printer & device drivers.
Maintenance anti-virus server and various upgradations.
Maintained assets & computer systems records by maintaining and updating the inventory of the available assets by internal audits, allotting systems to users, analyzed new hardware requirements, etc.
Installing OS (Linux, Win 10) & softwares as per requirement.
Responsible to monitor all escalated & pending call and resolve with in defined SLA.
Expert in Active Directory, Firewall management.
Good Knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange.
Need hands-on experience on windows OS-11, 10 Systems.
Technical support to end point users related to Hardware / Software related issues.
System maintenance on hardware products, good Knowledge on Network troubleshooting: DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, TCP/IP.
Secure data backups of endpoint users and servers.
Good knowledge of CRM software.
