The Supervisor – Patient Care Services will be responsible for managing patient care support services for elderly and dependent patients in hospitals. The role includes coordinating with doctors and hospitals for service tie-ups, managing the steward/caregiver team, and ensuring quality care is provided to patients in the absence of their family members.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with doctors and hospitals to promote patient care services.

Coordinate hospital tie-ups and act as the primary point of contact.

Supervise and manage the steward/caregiver team, including shift planning and performance monitoring.

Ensure timely and compassionate support for elderly and dependent patients.

Handle escalations and ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain operational records and share reports with management.

Qualifications & Experience

Any Graduate

3+ years of experience in hospital operations, patient care, or team management.

Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel for hospital visits across Navi Mumbai
