Key Responsibilities

1Presentation Document Design Create executivelevel PowerPoint presentations proposals RFP responses and business documents WordPDF

2Structure content into clear concise and visually compelling narratives transform raw inputs into clientready decks with strong messaging and flow

3Storyboarding Messaging Develop storylines key messages and presentation structures aligned to business objectives

4Visual Content Layout Design Apply strong formatting layout design and visual hierarchy for readability and executive consumption

5Lead or support content creation for proposals pursuits and large deal responses customize content for client context industry and value proposition

6Effectively utilize leading AIbased design solutions like Canva MS Copilot any others to create reusable design artefacts graphical assets

Required Skills Experience

Core Skills

810 years of experience in content design business writing or presentation design

Strong expertise in PowerPoint advanced Word and executive communication along with AIpowered design tools

Experience in IT services consulting environments familiarity with SAP cloud digital transformation or enterprise technology concepts

Exposure to RFPs bid management and consulting deliverables

Tools Capabilities

Advanced MS Office PowerPoint Word

Experience with visual design tools Adobe Figma Canvanice to have

Ability to create charts infographics and data visualizations
