Your Role

Total Experience: 12-17 Years

Location: Bangalore

• Lead and mentor multiple Scrum/technical teams—providing direction, coaching on architecture/technology, and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Drive project/program execution including planning, budgeting, P&L oversight, milestone tracking, Agile delivery, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring mitigation plans and timely resolution of blockers.
• Champion operational excellence by implementing strong processes, controls, tools, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Represent the business case for change, present viewpoints on technologies, and collaborate across teams/clients—including travel to client sites when required.
  
  

Your Profile

• Techno‑functional expertise in Java or .NET with minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role (total experience 9–12 years).
• Strong Agile/Scrum leadership; Scrum Master certification is mandatory (PMP is optional/not preferred).
• Demonstrated capability in program management—SOW creation, financial reporting, systems integration, and driving high‑value business solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management with the ability to influence, negotiate, and create team alignment.
• Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and proven ability to stay updated on technology trends.
