Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production engineering team to ensure smooth and efficient operations of all technology systems
• Develop and implement production engineering strategies to improve system performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements
• Train and mentor junior production engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of production engineering processes and best practices
• Experience with system monitoring and performance analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to production engineering
