Senior Process Manager

We are looking for a senior learning professional with strong experience in manager and leadership development within an ITES / knowledge-services environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of leadership learning interventions — from diagnosing capability needs and designing customized programs to delivering high-impact sessions, managing stakeholders, and measuring learning impact.

The role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and senior stakeholders to build leadership capability that directly supports business outcomes.
