We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to drive B2B customer acquisition, manage key accounts, and support marketing operations for precision motors, gearboxes, and motion control solutions. Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven, highly technical, and self-motivated Senior Marketing Executive to lead B2B customer acquisition strategies, manage key marketing operations, and oversee client onboarding. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical engineering concepts and strategic B2B marketing—capable of understanding complex technical drawings while driving campaigns, managing customer relationships, and supporting the team to meet corporate sales and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Customer Acquisition & Sales Cycle Management

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies focused on acquiring high-value B2B industrial accounts (both domestic & export markets).
• Manage the end-to-end B2B marketing sales cycle, from providing inputs for lead generation and initial technical qualification to seamless customer onboarding.
• Efficiently handle, qualify, and route inbound leads generated across various digital marketing channels, website inquiries, and industry campaigns.
  
  

Technical Interpretation & Client Visits

• Interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and motor/gearbox application requirements to provide accurate solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct strategic customer visits alongside sales teams to present solutions, understand custom requirements, and reinforce corporate relationships.
• Represent Mechtex at trade shows, industrial expos, and exhibitions—engaging key stakeholders and capturing qualified industry leads.
  
  

Account Maintenance & CRM Management

• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing corporate accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term business growth.
• Oversee, update, and optimize the company's CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking, deal pipelines, and communication histories.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain regular MIS reports to track marketing performance, conversion metrics, and ROI for management review.
  
  

Team Support & Performance Driving

• Overlook and assist junior marketing executives, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and quality standards in lead follow-ups.
• Drive measurable results across lead volume, channel efficiency, and customer conversion rates.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or Marketing with proven industrial marketing history (3+ years in B2B engineering marketing preferred).

Technical Skills

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Solid grasp of core engineering and motion control concepts. Understanding of motors & gearboxes is an added advantage.

Domain Preferred

Prior knowledge or experience in motion control, industrial automation, or drone/aerospace verticals is highly desirable.

Software / Tools

Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel (Advanced MIS reporting), and analytics tools.

Communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in technical discussions with engineering heads and procurement managers.

Personal Traits
