Our client is a a large multinational organization with a significant global footprint and a well-established shared services/GCC presence in India.
Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, L&D, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise leaders on organization design, change management and workforce capability building.
- Support compensation reviews, employee relations and HR policy compliance.
- Leverage people analytics to improve talent, retention and business outcomes.
- Drive HR transformation, process improvements and employee experience initiatives.
- 12-18 years of HR experience, ideally from a GCC, shared services, captive or outsourcing environment, with strong expertise in business partnering and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record in talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive HR initiatives at scale.
- High-visibility role within a growing global business services environment.
