Role Summary

We are looking for strong expertise in analytics, reporting, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in VBA, Power BI/Power Dashboarding, Alteryx, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, along with a solid understanding of BFSI/Capital Markets operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive analytics, reporting, and transformation initiatives across Capital Markets/BFSI operations.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and performance reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Design and optimize workflows using Alteryx to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement use cases leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Lead project execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Present insights, recommendations, and business outcomes to clients and leadership teams.

• 2 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, automation, or transformation roles.
• Experience leading initiatives and managing deliverables independently.
