Role Overview

We are looking for an engineer with expertise working on various projects and internal systems who are skilled in design, development, and maintenance. Position-Scrum Master / Lead is required for the Application Development team.

This position is vacant in Bangalore, and we are searching for applicants who can start as soon as possible—within 15 days—to fill it.

About The Role

• Nice to have the Required Certifications necessary: CSM 5. Education and training.
• Significant expertise in team coaching, team leadership, or Scrum Master duties.
• Knowledge of XP, TDD, continuous integration, and continuous deployment as Agile Development methods.
• Knowledge of Lean Software Development strategies and technologies for continuous process improvement.
• As a Scrum Master, you should:
• Guide a Scrum Team on problem-solving and teamwork, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Help the Scrum Team implement SAFe, which consists of the following tactical frameworks: Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Daily Standups, and Backlog Grooming.
• Daily Management for Feature Development: Coordinate feature integration, maintain a steady flow of work that is ready to be executed, ensure that every item in the backlog satisfies the Definition of Done, and push for the removal of roadblocks that are hindering the Scrum Team's progress.
• Defect tracking: guarantee that faults are contained throughout development and help the Scrum Team to close defects that were reported after development.
• Feature Validation Daily Management: track FT issues escalated to Scrum Team, coordinate feature FT validation, coordinate feature knowledge transfers to support teams, track external qualification tests (certifications, UAT, etc.) owned by the Scrum Team, and drive resolution of obstacles affecting Scrum Team's traction.
• Mentor, coach, and train Scrum Masters.
• Promote Scrum team process improvements for a software engineering firm.
• Management assistance and guidance for the adoption of best practices.
• For a software engineering organization, audit the engineering procedures and performance indicators of Scrum teams.
• Inform program managers and management of the progress of the Scrum Team's delivery.
• Oversee the root cause analysis of any issues the Scrum Team receives after development.
