Job Title: SAP FIORI Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FIORI Developer to design, develop, and implement SAP FIORI applications that deliver seamless user experiences and support business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP UI5, OData services, SAP Gateway, NetWeaver, and ABAP programming, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy SAP FIORI/UI5 applications with optimized, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and configure OData services using SAP Gateway and NetWeaver for smooth front-end and back-end integration.
• Write, test, and maintain ABAP code for robust application logic and SAP module integration.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including designs, specifications, and guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior developers and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards in SAP applications.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FIORI/UI5 innovations and implement improvements where applicable.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders for smooth delivery of project components.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying SAP FIORI applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of OData services, SAP Gateway, and NetWeaver frameworks.
• Proficiency in SAP UI5 for dynamic and responsive UI development.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP programming and SAP integration.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data models, and integration methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in Navi Mumbai.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certifications in FIORI/UI5/ABAP.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior involvement in user training, workshops, and adoption programs.
