Role & Responsiblities:-

Manage end to end retention process by renewing policyfor the existing customers

Telesales Process and communication with customers via calls.

Need to retain the existing customers by addressing customer queries and provide accurate policy detail while maintaining the meet quality standards.

To educate the customer the importance of renewing their existing policy.

Maintain accurate sales records in the system and achieve individual sales targets.

Build long-term customer relationships.

Looking for candidate with go getter atttitude and goal oriented candidates, who is interested in working for telesales challenging world.

Work Timings & Perks:-

Shift Timing:- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM | 5 Days Working |

CTC:- Up to 2.79 LPA

Work Location:- Vashi, Navi Mumbai
