The Work Youll Do

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Sovos, you will be a vital part of our talent acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. In this entry-level role, youll support the full recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and keeping our hiring processes running smoothly.

More Specifically, You Will

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare interview materials, send confirmations, and manage calendar logistics for hiring teams
  • Support recruiters with sourcing activities, job postings, and candidate pipeline management
  • Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Generate reports and track recruiting metrics to support data-driven decision making
  • Explore and adopt AI-powered tools to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate engagement
  • Collaborate with global HR and talent acquisition colleagues to share best practices and support company-wide initiatives
  • Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding activities as needed

What We Need From You

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies and how they can enhance recruiting processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent candidate experiences
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, being onsite at our Navi Mumbai (Vashi) office 2-3 days per week
  • Prior experience with scheduling, administrative support, or recruiting coordination is a plus but not required
