Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall project P&L, revenue realization, profitability, and business performance.
- Develop and execute project business plans, sales strategies, pricing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with Development, Construction, Design, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Lead customer acquisition, channel partner engagement, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, cash flows, collections, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, authorities, consultants, and partners.
- Drive customer satisfaction and oversee post-sales experience.
- Lead and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute; Engineering/Architecture background preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in real estate, with significant exposure to residential/commercial project management and business leadership.
- Strong understanding of project development, sales, marketing, finance, and customer management.
- Proven track record of delivering business targets and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
