IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. As a Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of our Core Banking System (CBS) and ensuring its smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the production process of the Core Banking System (CBS) to ensure its stability, availability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.
• Develop and maintain production documentation, including standard operating procedures, incident reports, and change management records.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior production engineers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Core Banking Systems (CBS) and related technologies.
• Experience with production monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
