Job Summary /Purpose Of Position

Building and expanding the material handlers market share in the country.
Planning and creating the strategy in the country area of responsibility (i.e. India) in close coordination with the Head of sales and the Divisional Head.

Products
Material Handlers. – Small, Mid and Large size material handlers.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Orchestrating product launches by setting the "when," "where," and "how" a product is introduced to the market.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Creating compelling stories and defining the value proposition that makes the product stand out to target customers.
  • Market Intelligence & Research: Gathering data on competitors, customer needs, and market trends to refine the product strategy.
  • Sales Enablement: Creating tools (sales decks, case studies, collateral) that help the sales team sell the product effectively. Also will execute the below tasks:
  • Setting pricing strategies based on market study
  • Lifecycle and portfolio management
  • Customer / consultant Engagement
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridging teams between product, marketing, and sales to ensure a consistent strategy.

Content & Campaign Creation: Developing marketing assets (blogs, videos, webinars) and running campaigns to drive adoption and retention

Qualifications And Education Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development of MH Equipment. Preferrably handling PAN India assignment or atleast Regional Assignments.

Preferred Skills/Special Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to positively influence team.
  • Building positive relationship with clients and ability to interface with all levels of staff.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
