Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting application features to align with organizational needs. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance across the system landscape. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HCM Payroll, Coaching, Reporting Analytics.
• Strong understanding of configuring and customizing packaged or cloud-based applications.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system stability.
