What would you do? Day-to-day activity: Lead day-to-day compliance governance reporting and monitoring across Service Operations. Ensure audit readiness through reporting, evidence tracking, and validation of compliance outcomes in line with regulatory and contractual requirements. This role focuses on compliance and audit reporting and does not own compliance end-to-end.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance governance reporting and monitoring activities across Service Operations
• Own compliance reporting cadence, evidence tracking, and audit readiness support
• Coordinate internal, external, and client audits from a reporting and documentation standpoint
• Track and report compliance exceptions and audit findings
• Publish compliance dashboards and governance reporting
