Your Role

As an MDM Consultant - LabVantage LIMS, you will be responsible for supporting Master Data Management (MDM) activities and LabVantage LIMS configurations for laboratory and Life Sciences environments. You will work closely with business users, laboratory teams, and technical stakeholders to manage master data, streamline laboratory workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Configure and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) processes within LabVantage LIMS environments.
• Support LabVantage LIMS configuration and customization activities based on business requirements.
• Analyze and optimize laboratory workflows, master data structures, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with laboratory, quality, and business teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Support stakeholder discussions and ensure timely delivery of project and support activities.
  
  

Your Profile

• 2–12 years of experience in LabVantage LIMS and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Location: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Kolkata.
• Notice Period: 0–30 days preferred.
• Educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related Life Sciences disciplines.
• Mandatory knowledge and experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Hands-on experience in LabVantage LIMS configuration/customization (preferred).
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, laboratory operations, and master data management processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice to have knowledge of:
• Java
• SQL
• JavaScript
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support laboratory digitalization initiatives.
