Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend services. The role requires actively contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to adopt emerging technologies and applies an agile approach to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first perspective to deliver scalable and efficient software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern front-end frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of backend development, including RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  
  
  

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
