Executive Sr Executive - Tenders And Proposals

Job Description

• Tender search from different portals for the defined keywords
• Share the relevant tenders along with summary with the team
• Raising the queries / preparing pre-bid queries for submission
• GEM portal handing - Vendor Assessment, Uploading a product, releasing authorization codes etc
• Maintaining and updating MIS report. Maintain proper documentation and records of submitted tenders, awards, and contracts.
• Vendor Registration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to tender processes
• Stay updated with GeM policies, updates, and procurement guidelines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel) and other relevant software tools
• Educational Requirement: BTech/B.E.
• Work Arrangement: Work From Office
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in International tenders would be an added advantage.
  
  

• Detail Study, Analyzing and Evaluation of the tender document (EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP), preparing documents for tender participation
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for tender responses
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tender documents
