Position: Division Finance Controller:

Job Summary:

The Division Finance Controller is responsible for providing business and financial support to the Division Country/ Operations Manager and team via an engaged business partnering approach to ensure effective profitability and free cash flow management. He/ she engages with the Division operational organizations to provide business performance insights and forward-looking analysis facilitating business decision-making.

Reporting to Division Geo-unit/ Country operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Tender/Proposal Technical Documentation
  • Approve and Finalize Contract
  • Prioritize Opportunities for Engagement
  • Analyse Customer Contract Commercial Performance
  • Prepare Contract Extension
  • Prepare Contract Early Termination
  • Analyse Customer Contract Financial Performance
  • Develop Income Before Tax Forecast
  • Develop Direct Contribution Margin Forecast
  • Review Contract Profitability
  • Review Business Unit Profitability
  • Record Revenue Accruals
  • Conduct Contract Assessment
  • Validate Revenue Recognition Criteria
  • Perform Revenue Accounting


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification always preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a business analysis capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the finance sector.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
