Role Description The Digital Marketer role at Allerin is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The Digital Marketer will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, and web, to build brand awareness and support business growth. This role involves creating and optimizing content, managing social media profiles, and running targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads for AI engineering services. The Digital Marketer will track and analyze performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights. Collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams is expected to align messaging with Allerin’s AI solutions and ensure consistent communication across all digital touchpoints.

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage profiles, create content, and grow engagement on key platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to design and run campaigns that attract and convert prospective clients.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to monitor traffic, measure campaign performance, and report on key metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear marketing messages.
• Experience with common digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms, marketing automation or CRM systems).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in B2B or technology/AI services marketing is an advantage.
