Analysis of Key Components Role Complexity Leads and oversees delivery operations for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring flawless execution of material master data setup and compliance across multiple projects. Acts as the escalation point for complex operational challenges and drives resolution with minimal supervision. Skill Set Possesses deep expertise in ERP systems, supply chain processes, and PMO methodologies. Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics to monitor NPI performance metrics. • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters
• Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Oversee planning and execution of NPI projects across multiple geographies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decisions on critical matters.
• Manage large cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery within cost and quality targets.
• Provide accurate project costing and financial oversight during quotation and justification phases.
• Conduct stage reviews and present progress to leadership.
• Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives. Core Skills
