Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound queries from premium customers with speed and empathy
  • Ensure high First Contact Resolution (FCR) and low Average Handling Time (AHT)
  • Meet service quality and turnaround time (TAT) benchmarks
  • Promote digital channels for smarter service delivery

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Drive service excellence initiatives within the contact center
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and customer delight
  • What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, etc.)

Experience

  • 2–5 years in customer service, preferably in a premium or banking environment
  • Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to handle high-value interactions
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and digital tools
  • Energetic, empathetic, and performance-driven
