As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. The position requires overseeing the progress of development activities, troubleshooting challenges, and continuously refining application features to enhance performance and user experience. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the day, as the engineer guides the project from conception through deployment while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of application development tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
