About The Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and high-ownership Brand Marketing Intern (LinkedIn Marketing) to strengthen Grexa AI’s presence and voice on LinkedIn.

You’ll work directly with the founders and marketing team to craft engaging content, grow our community, and build a strong professional brand that reflects our mission and culture. From creating scroll-stopping posts to producing testimonial and culture stories, this role offers the chance to learn the ins and outs of brand and content marketing in a fast-paced startup.

This is perfect for someone who loves writing, storytelling, and understanding how brands grow on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Grexa AI’s LinkedIn page — plan, write, and publish 3+ high-quality posts weekly.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all posts, comments, and interactions.
• Track LinkedIn analytics (engagement, followers, post performance) and report insights weekly.
• Engage with followers, comments, and DMs to nurture brand visibility and conversations.
• Write crisp LinkedIn posts, captions, and thought-leadership content for company and founder profiles.
• Collaborate with designers and editors to deliver creatives, carousels, and short videos.
• Create and manage employee stories, client testimonials, and culture highlights for LinkedIn.
• Coordinate testimonial shoots, short-form videos, and light video edits with the marketing team.
• Support LinkedIn-led campaigns, webinars, and content collaborations.
  
  

• Excellent writing and storytelling ability — must be confident crafting LinkedIn-style content.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, content formats, and audience engagement tactics.
• Confident communicator — comfortable interacting with employees and clients for stories or testimonials.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and social media scheduling tools.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and deadline-driven.
• A proactive learner who’s eager to build and experiment in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Must be available full-time and on-site at our Vashi, Navi Mumbai office.
• Can join immediately.
