Job Designation - Associate Specialist/ HR Administrator

Location Mumbai/Pune

HR Operations for USA, Canada and Mexico

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS – NESSIE, Employee Central within SUCCESS FACTOR system.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
• Assist in processing payroll and resolving payroll related issues.
• Responding to employee queries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to HR operations.
• Provide superior customer service to employees and managers via our internal portal, and other channels
• Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on company’s HR policies and procedures
  
  
  

Candidate will be required to operate in the night shift to interact and support employees and respective onsite counterparts Preferred Competencies or Behavioral aspects

Educational requirements MBA(HR)/ Bachelor’s Degree Technical requirements Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP HR Module Success Factors

Non-Technical requirements Good communication and presentation skills Work Experience 2-3 years with Onsite Operation
