nsBachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Healthcare, IT, or related field preferred)Experience n specialties like Enm, Urgent car, Anastasia, Pan management.Certification : CPC, CCS, or equivalent10years of coding experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of coding standards and guidelinesGood leadership, communication, and analytical skillsProficiency in tools/software related to coding and reporting (Excel, EMR systems, etc

)
