The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and performance, while adapting to evolving challenges within the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system efficiency through innovative problem-solving.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong knowledge of order to cash processes within SAP Sales and Distribution.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to sales order processing, pricing, and billing.
• Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes of application errors.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules such as Materials Management and Finance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
  
  
  

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
