Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
• Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operations.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and multi-component architectures.
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes of issues.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support processes.
